Refund Policy

This policy explains refunds for subscriptions to Natural1 (natural1.quest, operated by Md Hafijur Rahman).

All sales are final

Natural1 subscriptions are digital services billed in advance and are non‑refundable. Because you can use the Free plan to try the service before paying, and can cancel a paid plan at any time, we do not offer refunds for subscription fees already charged, except as set out below.

Cancel anytime

You can cancel your subscription whenever you like to stop any future charges. When you cancel, you keep access to your paid plan until the end of the current billing period; you are simply not charged again.

Exceptions

Where required by law. If mandatory consumer‑protection law in your country of residence grants you a refund or cancellation right, that right still applies.
Merchant of Record. Card payments are sold and processed by Paddle.com Market Ltd, which acts as the Merchant of Record. Paddle may review and issue refunds in line with its own buyer terms and applicable law.
Duplicate or incorrect charges. If you were charged in error (for example, a duplicate charge), contact us and we will help get it corrected.

How to request help

For billing questions, accidental charges, or a refund you believe is required by law, email hrahmanrifat01@gmail.com with your account email and the charge details, and we will respond promptly.
