This notice explains what personal data Natural1 (natural1.quest, operated by Md Hafijur Rahman) collects, why, and your choices. We aim to collect only what we need to run the service.

1. Information we collect

Account data — your email, display name, and (if you sign in with Google) your Google profile basics. We store a securely hashed password; we never store it in plain text.
Service data — the campaigns, scenes, characters, chat and other content you create or upload to run your games.
Usage & technical data — basic logs needed for security and reliability (e.g., connection events, error logs).
Payment data — when you subscribe, payment is handled by our payment providers. We do not receive or store your full card number.

2. How we use it

To provide and secure the service, process subscriptions, respond to support requests, prevent abuse, and comply with legal obligations. We do not sell your personal data.

3. Who we share it with

Payment processors — Paddle.com Market Ltd (Merchant of Record for card payments) and bKash (for payments in Bangladeshi Taka), who process your payment and related billing data under their own privacy policies.
Google — only if you choose Google sign‑in, to verify your identity.
Infrastructure providers — our hosting provider, used to run the servers that deliver the service.
We may disclose data where required by law.

4. Cookies & local storage

We use browser local storage and similar technologies to keep you signed in and remember your preferences. These are essential to how the app works.

5. Data retention

We keep account and campaign data while your account is active. If you delete your account or ask us to remove your data, we delete it within a reasonable period, except where we must retain limited records for legal or accounting purposes.

6. Your rights

You can request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data, and you can withdraw consent for optional processing. To exercise these rights, contact us at the address below.

7. Security

We use reasonable technical and organisational measures (including hashed passwords and encrypted connections) to protect your data. No method of transmission or storage is perfectly secure.
